Each Pre-K Contestant must fill out a Pre-K Membership Form, a Liability Release Form and pay a $15 membership fee for the year before their first rodeo.
At each rodeo, a $10 entry fee will allow them to participate in any or all three Pre-K events. Contestants may enter the day of the rodeo.
Each K-8 Contestant must turn in a Contestant Membership Form, Liability Release Forms, Declaration of All-Around and pay a $30 membership fee before their first rodeo.
Each K-8 Contestant must also turn in a minimum of $100 in sponsor money by their second rodeo to be eligible for year-end awards. (In 2012, we will allow this to be paid at the June 16th rodeo since the May rodeos are on the same weekend)
At each rodeo, event fees are $8 per event. There is also an office fee of $5 for each contestant.
All entries forms must be postmarked 15 days before the event, or filled out and turned in at the previous rodeo. All fees must be paid prior to the rodeo also. See the "Contestant Membership Form".
