General Information for Members while at the rodeo:
*Once you are entered by the deadline, no need to contact us until check-in. It is difficult for us to reply to everyone to re-check your entries. We will work with you if any issues arise.
Please read your rule books and learn the Rules and your child's events rules. We have tried to make this as simple as possible but need you to do your best to help us! If you have any issues or questions, please contact an Officer or any of the Board Members. With 125+ members, we want you all to have a great time but we need your help to do it!
*There is a fence along the west property line. NO ONE will cross this fence for any reason. Insurance won't allow it.
*Feel free to park anywhere in the field or in the grass areas by the highway. The areas are fenced in. Please do not park next to the Arena or Concession Stand. We have reserved the southwest corner along the tree line and up on the hill for the board members. It makes it easier to get everyone together if we need a quick meeting.
You are welcome to come on Friday night, stay, ride in the arena, and/or set up your area. You can also stay Saturday night, both at no cost.
*Stalls-you are welcome to bring your own temporary panels and set them up along the southeast and east property line (map available under the Membership tab). You are welcome to leave them set up all year, however SIJRA is not responsible for your pens. Please do NOT set up pens in the trees or tie horses to the trees. You can back your trailer up to the trees on the northwest corner but please tie to your trailer.
